Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of photo should I upload?

A clear, well-lit, front-facing photo gives the best result. Avoid blurry images, heavy filters or photos where the face is partly covered.

Can I see a preview before ordering?

Yes. Our online designer shows a live preview as you personalize, so you can check everything before adding to cart.

Can I add my own text or name?

Yes. Simply type your wording in the personalization fields. Please double-check spelling, as your order is produced exactly as entered.

Can I return a personalized item?

Because each bobblehead is custom made to your order, personalized items can’t be returned for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Do you ship to the USA and Canada?

Yes, we deliver across the USA and Canada. Shipping options are shown at checkout.
