Printshop4me.com proudly delivers high-quality personalized gifts to customers across the USA, Canada, and worldwide. Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are only accepted in limited cases, specifically when:
The product is received damaged or defective
The item delivered is completely different from what was originally ordered
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products
Because each item is custom-made exclusively for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
Personalized items with names, photos, messages, or designs provided by the customer
Orders where customer input (text, images, etc.) was submitted incorrectly
Change-of-mind or dissatisfaction with personalization choices
Minor color variation due to screen-to-print differences
This policy applies to all custom bobbleheads, engraved gifts, personalized apparel, photo mugs, custom wall art, and other made-to-order items.
3. Return & Refund Eligibility
You may request a replacement or refund if:
Your order arrives damaged, defective, or broken
You received a completely incorrect item (wrong design, name, or product type)
To be eligible:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Provide your order number and clear photos or video evidence of the issue
The item must be unused and in its original packaging

5. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for the same product if the original item was defective or incorrect.
Please note: We do not allow exchanges for other sizes, colors, or styles due to the personalized nature of each item.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Contact your payment provider as processing times vary

7. Shipping Costs & Responsibility
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or the mistake is ours
For approved returns, we will cover return shipping only if we are at fault
